This musical, part of Mathews County's VA250 celebration, offers a peek into local colonial life with fictional and factual characters. It tells the story of Colonial forces driving out the last Royal Governor of Virginia in the first skirmish after the Declaration of Independence. The expanded version features new characters and an expanded storyline based on Judy Ward's original story and music.
